Do you provide a photographer?
No photographer is provided. Families are welcome to take their own pictures during the visit.
How long is the visit?
Each private family visit lasts 15 minutes.
How many people are included?
Your visit includes up to four people. Each additional person is $10.
How do I pay?
Payment can be made by cash or e-transfer.
Are payments refundable?
No. All payments are non-refundable.
Where is Santa’s Log House located?
Santa’s Log House is located at 6001 Line 8 N, Moonstone, Ontario, Canada, L0K 1N0 , near Moonstone Road.
When should we arrive?
Visits are by appointment only. Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled visit.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Friendly pets are welcome at Santa’s Log House.
Is the property accessible?
Santa’s Log House is not wheelchair accessible at this time. The property currently requires the use of stairs.
